Founded in 1962, Diversified Industrial Company KRZ is a leading producer of soft roofing material. The plant commenced operation over 55 years ago. It has been increasing the output, broadening the range of products, and implementing new technologies and hardware since then. In 1996, the plant became Russia’s first to produce bitumen shingles not inferior in quality to the best foreign goods. In 2005, CJSC Diversified Industrial Company KRZ certified production process by international quality standard ISO 9001.

As of now, CJSC Diversified Industrial Company KRZ sells its products worldwide, including China, India, Thailand, France, Germany, Poland, the Dominican Republic, Turkey, Finland, Moldova, Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia, Kazakhstan, Bulgaria, Romania, the Czech Republic, Turkey, India, etc.

The Ryazan Cardboard and Ruberoid Plant was founded
The Third Ruberoid Machine was started up, and the plant reached its rated production capacity of 50 mln sq m of rolled roofing material.
A new line was started up in the mineral wool workshop. In May 1966, the plant received an urgent order for 135,000 tonnes of soft roofing for quake-stricken Tashkent, the capital of Uzbekistan.
Production was enlarging. The ruberoid workshop was successfully developing and enlarging supplies inside and outside the Soviet Union.
Konstantin Meerevich was appointed Director of the Ryazan Cardboard and Ruberoid Plant.
New technologies were actively implemented, and the plant started producing surfaced ruberoid, hydro-glass, and bitumen-latex mastic.
Production of glass-based bitumen-polymeric materials started alongside production of bitumen shingles.
Our quality lab designed a technology of coloring dressing compound for our products.
Production of cold mastic and primers started. The oxidation workshop launched a bitumen filling line.
Production process was certified by the international quality standard ISO 9001:2000.
CJSC Ryazan KRZ renamed CJSC Diversified Industrial Company KRZ.
A new line was commissioned to produce bitumen shingles for pitched roofs in low-rise housing construction.
Company ships products to over 30 countries across the world and practically all regions of Russia.
